The goal of each massage session is to provide you with personalized treatment for your individual needs. Your session will be tailored to focus on whatever is most important to you. There are no cookie cutter massages here! Specialized training from several different modalities (methods of treatment) are combined to provide effective treatment for countless problems.
Having back pain, neck pain, headaches? Legs sore from exercise? Forearms tight from working on the computer all day? Have sinus pressure or get sick frequently? Just want to relax? Massage can be effective for all these and much more.
30 Minutes: $50

Therapeutic Massage: Appropriate for focusing on one or two specific areas (i.e. low back, neck, or shoulder only) or for other special needs such as elderly or other clients who can only tolerate a shorter session.
60 Minutes: $80

Therapeutic Massage: A full hour tailored for your individual needs, utilizing a variety of modalities.

Pregnancy (Prenatal) Massage: Focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be.
90 Minutes: $105

Therapeutic Massage: Allows time for specific work in more areas, personalized for your needs utilizing a variety of modalities.

Full Lymphatic Massage: help increase the body's natural flow of lymph by increasing lymphatic circulation through the body's natural filtration systems.
Custom Aromatherapy: $7

This add-on is available for most sessions. A custom blend of essential oils will be chosen before your session and mixed into a one ounce jar of massage cream that will be used for your massage. The remainder of the cream is yours to take home.
Infant Massage Instruction: $65
​
The all-inclusive price of $65 covers the initial one hour session, follow up consultation as needed (for any questions you may have after doing the sequence on your own), and a tote bag with helpful items for massaging your baby.
On-Site Chair Massage: $1.50/min
​
10- 20 minute chair massage sessions may be available for both workplace settings and special events. A travel fee may also apply, depending on location. Requires at least two months notice.
Gift Certificates Available

Prices are above. A variety of full color, glossy gift certificates for different occasions are available for sale at the Health & Harmony office or by phone (can be mailed to you or the recipient), or you can purchase an Instant Gift Certificate online. Design your gift certificate, preview it, and then send or print it immediately!
Payment by cash or check is preferred, but credit/debit cards are also accepted via Square.
